A review by Stripe the Gremlin

Full marks to BJ for Hyde Park!!! Fab setlist, all the favs old and new , the encores didnt stop, and the final number "never say goodbye" just wrapped up the best BJ concert I've been to, it knocked spots off wembley 2000 ( except location of course !) ,, Just wanna say to rest of crowd in gold arena near the front thanks for being user friendly !! Was a tad miffed to see there was a pit at the front for the fanclub after we'd paid for gold , but it was so small I still got right close the the stage . I must admit that every time though, the speakers just get worse , during BTBMB, Medicine, Raise and Prayer, the vocals were almost inaudible , though the crowd easily overrid the output !!

Ritchies finest hour was his vocals on I'll be there for you and Jon gave him so much limelite (should think so too !!) , its been a few years since I last saw these guys but tonight at hyde park was a reminder of how BJ still kick . The fireworks were a great touch and rounded off what is always a sensational nite ,the guys always go the extra mile in London , and tonite was no exception .

To the student girls from Guernsey staying in the Hilton, sorry we lost you !!
