28 June 2003 - London, UK Concert Review 30 June 2003
The boys ROCKED!! The venue.... hmmm?

A review by Jono / jonw91@hotmail.com

Firstly i must say Jon & the boys absolutely rocked, was fantastic to hear Blood on Blood Live, its one of my personal faves (i use the word 'hear' loosely) The venue / the sound crew sucked. I could hardly hear them, i went to milton keynes in 2001 and wembley in 2000 and they were so loud it rocked the whole world but saturday, well i must admit i was one of em shouting "Turn it up"!!!

What on earth happened with the barriers to the gold ticket area being so far back aswell?? WTF!? There was so much space not taken up and the organisers knew they'd cocked it up cos they started to let some thru whilst Richie was doing 'Il be there for you' but after some prats started pushing the shut the gates and that was it, we were stuck way back.

However apart from the poor organisation and sound the boys were on top form as always, Loved raise your hands and "Johnny's Church - Lay your hands on me"!! Amen!!

Very good Jon! But next time turn it up mate or pick a new venue!!
