28 June 2003 - London, UK Concert Review 4 July 2003
Last ever Bon Jovi UK concert??

A review by Nick / nickos_the_brummie@hotmail.com

This was my 4th Bon Jovi show, and in my view - the best Jovi I have ever been to. The poor sound quality and lack of view didn't deter me though. The boys were fuckin ace!! Live were shit though. Only a bunch of Americans behind us even knew who they were. If you're gonna have a support band, make it someone EVERYONE knows. Anyway the guys put so much into this - practically doubling the set lists for previous european gigs and just never stopped playing! Jon was also very very emotional as well - way more so than the previous 3 - and I just got the feeling that they were saying goodbye. I dunno what everyone else thinks, but me, my girlfriend and someone on the train back to Brighton who we were speaking to just got that feeling. Bon Jovi are in their 40s now and in my view have never sounded better. As much as it pains me to say - Bon Jovi should end it on a high and say, "Look, we rocked nearlly 100,000 people, ourt dreams have come true. Lets have happy memories". Bon Jovi are still and have always been the greatest live band in the world.
