28 June 2003 - London, UK Concert Review 8 July 2003
Damn it, stop whining!

A review by David

It's about time you lot stopped whining about Hyde Park. If they'd played somewhere smaller you'd have yapped because you couldn't get a ticket. If they'd played Milton Keynes you'd have yapped about having to travel out of your stinking city. Should've forked out the extra tenner to get into Gold Circle (instead of wasting it on booze...) and then you would have had a great night like me and my wife! It was a brilliant night and a brilliant performance. You'll not see much from the back of any venue so pay more or queue longer. I reckon that it was one of the greatest nights in the history of Bon Jovi but there'll always be that select group of 'seasoned' fans who reckon they know it all and they've seen the best shows that noting else will ever compare to. I was at MK and I was at Wembley and a lot of other places - Hyde Park rocked. End of story.
