They Didn't Disappoint!!!
Well not being a die hard fan I went to this concert because my fiance is a HUGE fan. We decided to trade up our seats to get a little closer to the stage. The show itself was great. As I said before, I am not the biggest Bon Jovi fan, but I knew almost all the songs & their lyrics. I thought Jon was great despite other reviews stating he was letting David hit the high notes for him at other concerts. Again as with other reviews I did see the Springsteen influence. " THE CHURCH OF ROCK & ROLL" etc. As far as Jon being proud of being a New Jersey boy I can't fault him for that, although some say he is copying The Boss. Richie played great as did the rest of the band. I loved the way the made their way to the stage. I wondered what that music was on the cd for & now I know why.The crowd was great too. Almost deafening at times. All in all I had a great time & my girl was happy to be there which made it all worth while. I have already told her that if they come around again we will go. It wasn't the best concert I ever saw, but it came pretty damn close.
THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS THE LAST PLACE YOU LOOK.
