2 February 2006 - Washington DC, USA Concert Review 3 February 2006
Not 100%, yet still ROOOOOCK!!

A review by Stan Lee

Just got back from MCI center, and am still rocking.

Heather Locklear filed Richie the divorce today, while John's vocle core is apparently not at the best condition--however, Bon Jovi still rocked DC!!

As the previous shows, John opened the show with Last Man Standing from the other side of the floor. The second song You Give Love a Bad Name is great, but it's obvious that John started to drink frequantly after the second song. I was very lucky to get a high five with John (well...it was his low five, though. Ha.) The acoustic set was very good- way better than the arrangement in "Left Feels Right", and John suprisingly sang "Bed of Roses' among one side of the crowd--great set up!

I didn't know whether it's about the divorce, but Richie gave we a fxcken cool bird, during the solo - that rocks, too.

"Raise Your Hand" ended the set, after a longer than original off before ancores (I thought the band are discussing how many song to play afterward), they presented only two ancores - living on the prayer - and then "Wanted". I knew that that's the end, John couldn't even sing "Wanted" himself, it was Richie who sing the song, and John stood on Richie's side as the guitarist--which was pretty cool, too. But I guess his voice was totally worn out then. Richie shouted "Richie" before the solo, which was fun, too--that shall be John's rule, he really pull it through for our beloved last standing man! And although the anchores were shorter than expected..richie's solo of "Wanted" is definitely as good as the one in the live record for the radio show -- no kiding, I played that song for so many times - I guess even Richie would feel great about his last solo tonight.

Rock on! Hope there will be another time - and a even rocking night!!
