21 April 2001 - Las Vegas, NV, USA Concert Review 23 April 2001
Amazing show and great set list

A review by Lori / drummajorchs@yahoo.com

The show was incredible! Hearing Always, Two Story Town, In These Arms, I Got the Girl, so wonderful! Jon and Richie changed a lot, I don't remember all the outfits, but Jon did put the beret back on, and oh my when he ripped of the shirt I about died! I really like how they are ending with Tequila and Twist and Shout, it makes it such a party atmosphere and so much fun everyone is just dancing and rocking out. One cute thing was Tico apparently "messed up" in Sleep While I'm Dead at the end when Jon was giving the beats, so they had banter back and forth it was great. Jon said he was in a romantic mood for the night and really streched out the end of I'll be There for You, no problem for me, loved it. Also during Keep the Faith he sang a little of Sympathy for the Devil, a nice treat. Of course I wish I was closer towards the front but we were about 20 rows back and it was great just to dance and take in the show, you get more of the whole atmosphere being back a little ways, because when you are up front you are so concentrating on the band and trying to catch their eye etc...(believe me I would choose this any day) but in the back I felt I could dance and relax and enjoy the show more.

With just 2 more shows I felt SR-71 did a much better job and really rocked the place.

The songs were great, it was a good party atmosphere, once again the boys rocked the house!
