This show was amazing, as usual, but I would have liked to have heard a couple of the lesser-known songs that have popped up in other shows recently. Of course, judging from the looks of confusion of the people around me during "In These Arms," I suppose Raleigh wasn't quite the market to try obscure songs in! It was, however, a packed to the gills show...I've been attending concerts at this venue for ten years and there were far more people at tonight's concert than I've ever seen before.

Jon was awesome, David was brilliant, Tico was great, and Hugh was terrific, but Richie Sambora stole the show, kicked ass, and took names. His solos in "Blaze" and "I'll Be There For You" were the highlights of the evening for me, as was the vocal duet between he and Jon on "Can't Help Falling In Love." Richie has always been, and probably always will be, one of the most underrated guitarists in the world, and I wish Jon's ego would allow him to sing more, because he has the voice of an angel.

Bon Jovi have, in my opinion, now joined the ranks of the Beatles, the Stones, Kiss, Aerosmith, Queen, and all of the other "legends" of rock and roll. They are the single greatest live band on the road today and they deserve all of the awards, credit, and adulation that they receive. Let's just hope they do what the current rumors are suggesting and return to the studio later this year. Six years is far too long to have to wait to see them again!
