19 August 2000 - London, UK Concert Review 20 August 2000
one wild night

A review by kerry / kerryutd@yahoo.co.uk

It was certainly one wild night last night. Finally, after 5 years the greatest band on planet earth were back to bring wembley staduim crashing down. My second bonjovi concert, and i was left wanting more and more.

The atmosphere at Wembley was electric, he probably couldnt have asked for more from his fans, especially 70,000+ singing livin on a prayer, bad medicine, blood on blood etc, it sent shivers down your spine, and at times you couldnt hear jon sing.

They all looked really great, and showing the band leaving their dressing room and walk to the stage, sent the crowd wild. My favourites off the new album had to be one wild night and just older, and most people sung along.

An acoustic version of runaway, was also a favourite of mine, jon sang it so well. Jons story telling during the show had the crowd laughing along with him. He was telling everyone how he was going off to hollywood to be a big movie star, but the guys just kept pulling him back in(thank god).

To end the show with keep the faith, just couldnt have been a better song, and the spectacular fireworks at the end, left us speechless. Definately, well worth the wait, jon said that it was 5 years since they were here last, and that he wouldnt be leaving it as long next time. For all our sakes lets hope he doesnt!!!!!!!Lets hope bonjovi are around for the next 100 years!!!!!!

Keep the faith and ps jon please come back to england really soon, we all love you!!!!!!!!
