Highs and Lows
well, i've now had a few hours to recover from last nights show, and i figured i'd write a review. this was my second time seeing bon jovi, the first being back in november in montreal. Last night, the crowd seemed not as into it as i remember them being in Montreal. I went with 3 of my best friends, and we were on our feet the whole time, singing along to every song, and having one hell of a time. One of my high points was "bed of roses". i dont know how long i've waited to hear that song live..so i was extremely happy. Loved hearing "in these arms" and "always". and yes, the organ did break, but as some other fans have noted..this turned out to be kinda a good thing. we got an awesome version of "never say goodbye" harmonies were tight, richie never ceases to amaze me vocally, and on the guitar. the guy is a God. The show was incredible, and i don't really blame the guys for ending the show early, i know they were tired and wanted to get home. the band didnt dissapoint the sold out crowd, not at all. i just wish everyone would have been more into it. When the next tour comes around...you can bet i will be there, keeping the faith as one of bon jovi's faithful fans right from the beginning.
