20 August 2000 - London, UK Concert Review 22 August 2000
never say goodbye

A review by phil and manth

It may be the end for Wembley Stadium as it is now but we all hope Bon Jovi will be back soon. The long hours spent waiting were soon forgotten when Livin' On A Prayer got the crowd going from the start.

The whole set had everyone rocking all the way through with a mixture of new material from Crush and the old classics, including the much under rated but fantastic Born To Be My Baby.

The only gripe was the ommission of Always and Blaze Of Glory from the set list as Wembley would really have gone out in a Blaze Of Glory had that been the last song to be played. Though this didn't detract from a wonderful evening of classic Jovi, which was an unforgettable end to a stadium full of history.

Thanks for an unmissable nights rock and roll, we will always keep the faith, so please come back and grace the new stadium.
