16 June 2001 - Milton Keynes, England, UK Concert Review 17 June 2001
The Best of the bests best night EVER

A review by Paul Clements / paulclements66@hotmail.com

How can any band ever top this show?? Old classics mixed with the latest, and the cover of Tequila was inspired, and Twist and shout, i think we could have all danced forever to that.

Hell I was so danced out I was unable to walk away from the bowl in a straight line.

Despite the crappy weather threatening the proceedings, it's safe to say everyone loved the whole thing, even when the rain started to drizzle during the set it just got us going harder.

It's great that everyone in the venue was up for this, because the weather could have ruined it. But one thing i do is that when it comes to Bon Jovi, neither the band or the fans EVER disappoint. Even Jon’s Woolly hat seemed cool.

Jon, Richie, Tico, Dave and Hugh you guys are the greatest, have been since day one, and just keep getting better.

Guys come back soon, the world needs Bon Jovi . great to see a band that loves it's crowd has has the ability to laugh and have fun.

See you again at Cardiff tonight.

Thanks also to Delirious and Matchbox Twenty, I’ll be checking out your albums this week.

Footnote. Milton Keynes; sort out the traffic.
