22 June 2001 - Stuttgart, Germany Concert Review 25 June 2001
I FLEW FROM GREECE JUST 4 THE SHOW!!!

A review by Styba From Greece / styba@styba.com

Hi there,
I came from Greece just for the show (no one I told in there believed me). I entered the place at 11.00 a.m. and I was on my feet until the show started (8.30 p.m.). I didn't seat down at all. The Germans don't drink plain water, only with gas, something I hate, so I was thirsty all day long. I got sun burned, I felt dizzy, I can tell u, I couldn't feel my feet. It was hell on earth. Until the band came out of the elevator. I was in paradise again.

I flew last year to London and watched them playing the last show ever in Wembley stadium, but this was a 100 times better. The sound was better, the setlist came right out of my dreams and the crowd was soooo great!!! They even played "Wild Is The Wind", one of my all-time favorites. I never thought that I would hear this song LIVE. The guys gave us a hell of a show, even though we were in a church (of rock 'n' roll ofcourse). The stage was far better than Crush's and the fireworks were there as usual. My favorite song was Captain Crash and they played it perfectly. John was in a great mood, just like the whole band.

They were also filming IT'S MY LIFE for the live video clip so the crowd went nuts. Anyway the NIGHT was definately WILD. They didn't do many ballads so it was mostly great rock.

The trip was worth it. It was the 2nd Bon Jovi concert I saw and believe me it is one of the many I'll see in the years to come. I would go to the end of the world to watch these guys perform live. Even though a concert in Greece would be great. People here are dyin to see them. Everybody told me I was the luckiest guy in the world.

Thank u Bon Jovi and PLEASEEEEEEEE COME TO GREECE!!!
