Can people get banned?

True but problem is with personal attact, if that person keep attacking on personal level, it is not always easly to ignore.

In future insteado locking threads I think mods should just immediately delete and post he makes that is rude or inconsiderate, which is pretty much every post of his I suppose.

Once again, no rules were broken. Yes, i personally attacked Kathleen but that was after i was banned from FS.

If you get your facts right you will find the reason I was banned was to make way for discussion without arguments. I caused too much shit for anything to get done. I was banned to make space for discussion and forward movement in the forum. Now - where were any rules broken? Exactly. Thank you.

Added to that the fact STILL nothing got done so im laughing abit there but back to my point.

No doubt about it I broke rules by personally attacking Kathleen, but that was A F T E R I was banned. The punishment for that was disabling the PM system. [agreed with Neil, pretty pointless, but nevermind]

Your PM's were disabled and then enabled, correct?? What is the first thing that you did when they were enabled again? Think back to that and you will find the answer that you are searching for.

1. You personally attacked Kathleen numerous time while you were a member in file sharing. If it is your opinion that this is untrue, so be it, but others felt this way.

2. Then you continued to personally attack Kathleen via PM, hence the fact that they were disabled.

3. Then when Peter thought that it would be fair to enable your PM's, the first thing you did was PM Kathleen to attack her yet again.

4. End result- No more PM's for you at this point.

I think this pretty much sums it up. If not, sorry, but my life doesn't revolve around your presence at JT.

This statement was meant about rules in general, not just an attack on your little ol' self. You just happened to be the example in the story. Now proceed, as I am sure you will write an entire page arguing with me about this post. :P
