again proving you incorrect, no i did not pm kathleen right away, and for the record, i even told peter before i pmed her that i was going to have another go at her, i think i told him a day or two in advance, his choice to do nothing, i wasnt going to hold back when in my opinion she was being immature.

thats pretty much it, i stand by everything i said on here. i post rude and argumentative posts for a reason, if i dont agree with someone you know about it. when it comes to file sharing and bon jovi fans you'll get your ass kissed for a file then you get stabbed in the back when you stop sharing for all of 5 seconds. that is bad...that is very bad.

Well I have to say that I don't agree with what Andy did the way he was attacking Kathleen via PM or whatever, but he is right when he says he didn't break any rules.

He was banned because he shot down ideas for file sharing, and he was right because most wouldn't have worked, and he was banned because of this. It seems that free speech only applies when people have the same opinions as everyone else.

Andy was banned for constantly harassing Kathleen and retarding the progress of the file sharing forum. You may not agree with it, which is all well and good, but that is the reason. Having good ideas and knowing how to present them in a non agressive way are two very different things.

Now think about your last sentence. Has anyone else been banned with the exception of Andy?? And you don't think that at other times on this board people have had conflicting opinions??

HE WAS NOT BANNED. Not from Jovitalk. He was THROWN OUT of file sharing usergroup, because he was causing trouble in that limited access forum.

Yes - Stone was was also banned temporarily from filesharing. He then proceeded to contact me via pm and was able to conduct a reasonable conversation without attacking and/or calling names in which we both talked about many things in the file sharing forum. I then told him I'd enable his account again and he told me that he would just as soon stay out for awhile. That was his choice. We did sort out most issues though and I'm glad we had the chance to.
