You know what that time i was in india and i think it must be more then 12 hr differnce between two countries, so it probably be 03 there when it was 04
But it was funny though and i thought for a moment u were drunk or something :P

I dont know but I remember when it was just a list on dry county website then a little board appeared on that site and then it kept growing and changing from there.
