That's not true. It's a seperate domain-name, it can be selled seperately. If a buyer wants drycounty.com, there is no reason why peterweb should be included...

(a mother-company (if that's the kind of type what you are reffering to) doesnt have to get sold either when a operational company is being sold)

drycounty.com is an asset of Peterweb. there isn't going to be any goodwill arising on the sale of an asset, only the sale of the parent company, or any subsidiary Peter may own. of course Peter could choose to sell the domain whenever he wanted, that was never disputed.

nope doesnt have to, can be seperated anytime. look at queen-site (altough not sure its actually sold)
