This value could be adjusted up or down, to take into account the risk associated with it. (I.e. if Bon Jovi were to break up, the value would drop considerably).

I'm not sure if it's relevant, but quite a few of us offered to pay a yearly fee of anything up to €20 to keep Jovitalk/Dry County going when it looked like it was under threat... I'm sure things like that would be taken into account - ie what the community members would be willing to "invest" in it as well. Not that I know anything about the way these things are run.
