And WTF does "have sex like animals" mean? Everyone has sex just like animals. There's not too many ways to do it. And if you don't do it like animals, the Bible says it's indecent. So you either have sex like animals or not at all.

You're not questioning, as everyone has already stated their views, you just choose not to believe them thus judging them.

Then post also what it says about judging and questioning other people. The golden rule? If you want us to stop swearing, you stop your religious propaganda by removing the signature.

Dawn, I have only read the last few posts so I'm not taking sides or here to just add to a gang already up against you or anything.

But, I have always been pretty offended by your sig. I mean it doesn't say too much, it's only a few words but, personally just hearing 'Jesus' makes me roll my eyes. I don't have a faith, I don't follow religion, MY OPINION is it's all a lode of bull. But that is my opinion, I don't add it to my sig - as im sure you will be offended by it.

Thats how I see it really, I have wanted from the start to take the piss out of your sig and bash you down for it, but that would be extremely low taste, as - you have your belifes and you follow a religion, I on the other hand don't and clearly - I share views and opinions of other users here.

I'm the same Andy, I don't follow any religion, and I hate the whole idea of it all, it's like sheep following each other, but I don't force my opinions on anyone. I just wish people would question their religions more instead of following it blindly. Then they may realise how crap a lot of it is (just my opinion again) and perhaps decide to believe something else.

If I wanted to I'd have a signature that reflected my opinions but I choose not to, and do not feel offended by anyones signature that does have such things in it.

I have found it very interesting that since this topic was posted that the swearing on the board in general has gone down. I hope this topic has made people think about the type of language that is used here and the effect it can have on the board as a whole.

Now Ive written this I can also be sure that someone immature will go all out to swear as much as possible !!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I think some of the points I have made have been ignored. I will address these one more time and say all that needs to be said.

If you are religious then the bible tells us not to swear/use coarse language, I could quote where it says this but then I might start sounding like Dot Cotton !

If you are not religious then I would hope that out of respect you would understand this board has a filteration system , this has been put there by Peter for a reason, a few of us in the beginning helped by giving Peter a list of words for the filteration system. Some people are ignoring Peters and others wishes.

A comment has been made in this thread : why if swearing is a problem dont the moderators delete it ? At times they do delete it, the same as nude pics etc, moderators are giving up their free time to help this board, they cant be expected to give up more time to delete people that have gone to great lengths to constantly overide the filteration system. I would hope that as an online community we would have enough respect to control the swearing amongst ourselves or at least constantly use asterisks.

The swearing might not harm the individual who is reading it whether they agree with swearing or not, but it certainly will harm this boards reputation.
