Kev how come there isnt a mod for NBJ?

All of the full time mods monitor there.

Wouldnt it make it easier if you had a mod asigned to that forum?

Not really Russ to be honest. NBJ is a very busy and popular forum. That is why we have all the 'Main - Full Time' moderators' active in that particular area of JT. It would be too much work for just one particular moderator.

But if you had a mod on NBJ and then the other mods helping wouldnt it make it easier on the rest of you?

just out of interest, what's the pay it forward forum n what's it about?

Wouldnt it be better if the demi mods wrote and said whether they wanted to try being a full time mod, or anyone else who wants to nominate themselves, otherwise we r recommending people who might not want to do it, surely we should have a short of people willing to moderate.

Dawn, im the only mod (so far) to have been promoted from Part Time to Full Time

I am all for users suggestings themselves as candidates. It makes our job a little easier. Of course this position is the peoples moderator, but self nominations are good also in my opinion. That way we have an idea of exactly who would like to become mod as well.

Becky for example was not only just nominated by a fair few users, but she came into this thread and told us that she would like to do it, plus why she thought she could do a good job for us.

I personally wouldnt leave just that one leave NBJ to a sole moderator. Its much easier when there are a group of us



Pay It Forward is a forum which Becky and Amy run. Basically someone shares a Bon Jovi Bootleg. Becky and Amy create two lists (One for European Users and another for USA and such). The user who shares the bootleg sends one copy of the bootleg (Be it a Audio CD, a VCD or a DVD) to the first person in each of the lists. That user then makes a copy if the disk, and forwards the origional copy onto the next person in the list and they do the same. It works on a honour system. Users must forward the disk within 21 days to avoid being banned. When the 'tree' (list) is complete, the last person sends the disks back to the origional 'seeder'.
