Sara how open minded do you think they should be? as opened minded as me or is that too far?

by open minded i meant the kind of ability to take an interest in a topic, (or leave it well alone) even if personally they dont agree with it, or dont know anything about it, and not allow their own biases to intefere with their job...
i cant explain it quite as well as i would like to but hey... *shrug*
