Like moderating is some sort of a tough job? You need to learn to moderate? Come on, anyone with a mouse (no pun intended) could do it. It's more about finding the right person for the job. BTW, it's kinda sad that you have to nominate yourself. |
Well for starters I wasn't nominating myself, simply using myself, Becky and Carli as examples of who some of the current demi-mods are.
If others are up for it then it would be good for new people to be appointed, just that these people have already done it for a while but only a small part and it might be nice for some of them to do the full thing.
Also people go on about it having to be people from the US due to the time difference, well I could be wrong but I'm guessing that some of the current mods, who are no longer here often, are being demoted, albeit into the new usergroup of JT VIP, so there will need to be people from all over the world appointed.
