You dumbass, of course it is. That is clearly man-written spam. But it is posted randomly on random forums, like German on an English forum. So, it's random. Also there are a LOT of posts with just random words, sometimes even random letters just to bypass spam filters.

Give it up already. You know nothing of the subject, nothing about programming, and it seems you nothing about the internet as well. You don't want to argue when you've lost the argument from the beginning.
