To me it is one of their most consistent albums. It is one of only a few Bon Jovi albums in which you can clearly hear the musical leitmotif. While there are (as usual) quite some outtakes that are better songs, the song selection as a whole fits much better together than the songs on Crush or even on Keep The Faith. Bounce has a flow that Crush and Keep The Faith are missing (both great albums in their own right, but as mentioned by many of you in a lot of threads before, Keep The Faith has very strong and perfectly fitting first 6 songs while afterwards the flow drops).
At the end of the day it's probably just a matter of taste.

It's mad because the flow of Bounce is something I'm not particularly a fan of.
I really like Everyday but I feel most of the 'even songs' (tracks 4,,6,8...) Are boring or poor whereas the odd number title tracks are heavy or some of my favourite by the band.
Undivided
The Distance
Not so much Misunderstood for me but it's ok
Hook Me Up
Love Me Back To Life
Bounce
All songs I strongly like ^
