Ah, its ok. I guess it is really time to sorta move on and not expect much anymore. Box Set will be out whenever Obie gets his lazy ass to work!

Depends how you look at it. If we talk in terms of their recording career (and that's how the industry looks at careers), then they will reach 20 years in Jan. 2004 since Bon Jovi came out in Jan. 1984.
I think jon said in an interview that they already had the 20 years mark. jon singed in summer I think but I'm sure it didn't take long to form the band. so I suppose the 20 years was some time in the last few month.

for the 100 millions, well the Q&A with Richie says it all, if they had 98 or 97 millions this february then with the old albums still selling and TLFR they should have hit the mark by now

They're not "bands" but Garth Brooks (whom I despise), Madonna, and Elton John have. Elton has hit 200 million.

I'm sure M.Jackson has hit 100mil. M.Carey probably too.

But if we talk about rock bands, then the Beatles, U2, Led Zep. Probably Pink Floyd. I am not sure about The Rolling Stones and Queen. Quite an elite club, I'd say.
