It won't work for me It say windows needs to know what file created it to be able to open it. Anyone else have this problem?

No, is that the problem? I did have it but it just gave me loads of virus's and slowed my computer down.

I have real player now but it still won't play. It plays the first 4 seconds and then says a general error has occured. Help.
