I'm a huge Zeppelin fan but much of the time Robert Plant sounded like shit live. I've certainly heard Jon (and Bruce) sound less than their best but I've never heard either of them sound as bad as Plant sometimes did live.

I'd knock Plant down the list for sure. But yes - it's nice to see Jon in the company that he deserves to be in. Nobody is talking about cheesy lyrics here - it's just voices - and there are times that I think Jon is THE voice.

If I were going to question anyone on that list it would be Jagger. He has a lot of stage presence and attitude - but just considering his voice - nope, not for me.
