Can anyone post the approximate amount of how much each of the following:Crush, Bounce, Keep The Faith and These Days sold worldwide? Using the following logic: since These Days' been out longer, it should've sold more, I can understand the pro-These Days supporters. However, I can't recall These Days having a monster single like It's My Life and I think having this kind of song will greatly boost sales everywhere (Not just in States). The These Days tour was largely successful all around the world, but I suspect Crossroad had something to do with it as well (in terms of building momentum).

By the way, I need official certifications to back the claim, none of this "THESE DAYS IS THE BOMB, CRUSH IS SHIT" kind of answer.

Thanks.

I can tell you that Richie has said on more than one occassion that everything they released since SWW has sold at least 10 million copies worldwide. He said this while promoting Crush. However, I've also read that These Days only sold around 7 million worldwide which, I think, is the same number that Crush has sold. KTF definitely hit 10 million. The record company did a special ad in Billboard for that landmark in 1993. They did another one for Cross Road when it hit 10 million worldwide in 1995.

Thanks but I usually disregard sales figures when it comes straight from the artist's mouth because I find that most artists overinflate the numbers.
KTF figures sound right if they have that Billboard landmark. Sounds legit to me.

I agree with yomamasfat on one point- Crush did save their collective "you know whats" and the main reason for that was because It's My Life.

I got aggrivated with the band because they take a break, and then have to work up a manageable comeback (let's face it, it really is a comeback because if they would have skipped Crush, and came back with Bounce, I don't think that Bounce could have provided a real SOLID single that would appeal to everyone- It's My Life did that for Crush.)

This is off-topic, but I really got to thinking about it today. I think that we all wish that the boys could write some better songs- the music is good, but sometimes I can see people's point about wanting a more "original, inventive, creative" song. Something like Dry County- I love that song!
Perhaps they should take some time off and try to observe their surroundings a little better. Take a walk down some city street everynight for a few nights, see what's happening. Be out with the common people, learn of their problems and arguments. Don't stay couped up in your posh palacial palaces, with your famous celebrity friends all the time...

One more thing, I think Jon's voice has gotten ALOT better with age. He sounds so much better when he avoids the high-pitched vocals. Sometimes, he gets a little nasally.

Bounce could even sell up to 800,000 copies, I wrote an e-mail tp QVC in regards to how many copies old and they said close to 30,000, and they were still selling, it wil not count until the week of may 15th though, so we will see bounce fall out of the charts and re-enter in the top 50 maybe in the top 40!
