It's like an insult right to the fans face, when I saw it, honestly I couldn't believe it.

Funnily enough, despite the fact that I myself have no immediate experience as to what it takes to run a "global brand for 25 years", I could not believe the sheer arrogance with which he conducts his "business". I already knew from various sources that Jon was a bit stuck up before that documentary was released but he comes across as a complete t*sser to me. I imagine the desired response from the fans was, "Wow, look at the drive and determination he has," but that's somewhat overshadowed by his attitude and comments in the video.
He complains about not having the time to spend with his family when on tour and running 'Bon Jovi' so why does he not place it in the capable hands of someone he trusts. There must be somebody who would be prepared to take the reigns and free him up to spend time with his loved ones, write good music and perhaps even somewhere along the line maybe, just maybe, have a little fun playing the music...
It was quite sad seeing how much he takes on outside of the immediate band activities and how detached from the main focus of the band he has become.
