thats awful.... Im not sure if BJ can sue as its not the exact same name, they could argue as the mike is on the shirt that the shirt is trying to represent JBJ... but then New Look could say its By Jovi... maybe BJ have already agreed to it , free advertising? Someone ask Obie...

The obvious legal defence would be that it's a satire and thus Bon Jovi couldn't do shit about it.

Its certainly a weird tee but given that I find the majority of bon jovi's tee's pretty shit I think it's kind of funny.
