Your question regarding the South African gigs has bothered me a lot as well. I once had information about 3 setlists, but never knew anything about a 4th show. The information on my website is incorrect, but I do have a little more information for you so I'll try to explain.
1.
When Bon Jovi released Tokyo Road instead of One Wild Night in Japan, they did release a limited edition of One Wild Night. It included a tour itenary of all shows Bon Jovi had played, including some of which the band/Obie did not know the correct dates/venues etcetera. On that list only 3 dates were listed as far as I know (I don't own that limited edition), however, this list has been confirmed to be incorrect by Obie as not even the band has a correct archive of all shows they ever performed.
- Regarding the days the songs were recorded:
(It's Hard) Letting You Go
The band had only started to play this song more often on their Australian leg of the 1994 tour. Since it wasn't featured on the televised performance it most likely was from the first show because of the following reasons:
They played Bed Of Roses at the televised performance. Bed Of Roses took the slot of Lie To Me in the set, and (It's Hard) Letting You Go so far had most of the time followed up Lie To Me. It had never followed up Bed Of Roses, so chances are pretty slim that it did just this night.
Helter Skelter
When Bon Jovi did 2 shows in the same town they never used the same opener twice and because this performance was televised it must be from the second performance.
Hey God
This one sounds the same as the one from the televised performance, so it's from the same show.
Rockin' In The Free World
By the time Bon Jovi reached South Africa they either used Helter Skelter or Rockin' In The Free World to open a show. Helter Skelter opened the televised show so Free World was played at the second show.
These Days
They cut of the intro speech of Jon but it's the same version as the one from the televised performance.
What you get is this:
1. (It's Hard) Letting You Go - First Show
2. Helter Skelter - Second Show
3. Hey God - Second Show
4. Rockin' In The Free World - First Show
5. These Days - Second Show
Because there were 2 shows and back in 1995 when the bootleg first came out every single one said December 1 was the date it was recorded. Nowaday there's no proper source for it anymore, but I'm convinced it's true. While I was creating the index for my site I found out that November 31 was the first Johannesberg show, I can't remember why though, but it makes sense. When the band was on tour in Australia in the end of the year it was very hot out there (mentioned by Tico in some interview) and doing three shows in a row in South Africa doesn't really add up.
The correct dates therefore are:
November 28: Cape Town
November 31: Johannesberg Night 1
December 1: Johannesberg Night 2 (televised)
December 3: Durban
I should fix all the errors regarding this on my site but just don't have the time for it with so many other projects running at the moment.
2.
The One Wild Night single is wrong. They messed around with the days songs were recorded. It includes a version of Lay Your Hands On Me with a marching band that was recorded in 2000. There was no marching band in 2000 and they copy and pasted the pre-recorded marching band on the 2000 performance. This is just an indication of how they were messing around with the dates.
The correct dates are (and I ain't no German!):
June 3, 1995, Nürburg, Germany
June 4, 1995, Munich, Germany
I Believe was recorded on June 3, Nürberg, Germany. This show was recorded by MTV and I Believe opened the show. The band mixed up the set that night so that MTV wouldn't have to cut in the show and the band could put down a solid performance of 45 minutes or something. Before the camera's officially started rolling Bon Jovi played 2 songs. I Believe and Runaway.
Though Bon Jovi has pretended to have selected the tracks by going thru all their live recordings (obviously rubbish) they have went through the archives of what already had been mixed. Since the show for MTV was mixed and ready to go, and I Believe and Runaway were both filmed but not broadcast, I Believe was recorded on June 3.
Rock Am Ring has always been held on the Nurburgring in Nurberg.
Rock Im Park however has been held at various locations. In 1993 it was at Vienna, from 1994 to 1996 in Munich and from 1997 in Nürnberg. When they were designing the artwork for the One Wild Night single they must've looked up the location for the Rock Im Park festival and have been unaware that it used to be in Munich.

A few weeks ago someone offered me a recording of Brisbane 1995. He send me a sample but the recording is very bad and it's not really a pelasure to listen to. I couldn't be bothered with it and let it go. I don't know about any Virgin performance.
