Default So...is Anyone Disappointed?
I'm really not disappointed at all that Bon Jovi "lost" to a band like No Doubt and that disgusting song of theirs in the best pop band/song category (I believe it was the first award given). How does everyone else feel?

I go with Rune I'm not dissapointed. I'm only dissapointed that thy were nominated in a "pop" category.

It's obvious that our guys didn't win! Bon Jovi isn't Pop! That's the reason! They're the king of Rock!!!!

Well, I think Everyday is deffinately a pop song, and I'm really glad they lost! I hate the pop edge Bon Jovi have...... Hopefully this defeat will make them want to come back next time and win the best ROCK catagory!!!!!

for me it doesn't matter if everyday is pop or not- everyday isn't worth an award- the thing that disappoints me is a grammy for NO DOUBT.... that's nearly sad...

if Everyday is a rock song, then what the hell is Hey God, If I Was Your Mother, Homebound Train, Let It Rock, Hardest Part is the Night, Breakout, (just to name one of each album)????

Everyday is just not comparable with these songs, it's a pop song played on electric guitars, and is no better than the songs that that band...'the darkness' were playing (suported Def Lepard). If Bon Jovi want to get their music recognised as rock music, they should have released Undivided, and only Undivided. Just because something is played on a distortion setting, doesn't make it rock!

yeh i agree, if it was in the ROCK catagory and they missed out, then I probably would have been disappionted
