It is just a shame that Vegas has jumped the shark recently. Josh may be back doing daytime soaps sooner than he thought.

It has? I have never really watched it. It's just too bizarre for me to accept his character...I just see Josh trying to act..not the character.
Honestly though...he never really should have gone beyond the Soaps. There are thousands....millions of actors who make it their life's mission to be successful at it. Josh never had acting ambitions...he was discovered for his looks while walking in a shopping mall. Yes, he works at acting NOW....but it was just something that fell in his lap really. All My Children was one thing....but to go beyond that level..I just find it ridiculous for someone who relatively just had it handed to him while so many others struggle and work so much harder at it...never getting anywhere. He's been the "Big Man" ever since High School...through College....and now on a much larger scale. There has to be a cap somewhere. It's just not the kind of success story that warms my heart, former friend or not.

I didn't know you were friendly with him!! So how well did you know him??
I have been watching him on television since AMC. I read he dumped is fiancee as soon as his fame picked up, and that now he is dating Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas. What you have said about him doesn't really surprise me.
The show was really good the first season, and James Caan(sp?) wanted to keep it going in that direction, a more serious one. But of course the TV execs wanted something different. I suppose they are trying to appeal to the teeny bopper crowd with these goofy storylines. Anyway, I am pretty shocked at how bad the last few episodes have been as it was one of my favorite shows.
