I am glad I had the chance of seeing him perform three times during the NJ / KTF tours.
Feels unreal that one of the founding members of Bon Jovi is now dead.

I saw Alec play live 8 or 9 times in Sydney during his time with BJ and was always so impressed with his presence. Would stare at him mostly during wanted with the cigarette hanging out of his mouth and was just like yeah !! Man great memories…. I met him once at the Sebel townhouse hotel in kings cross in 92 and he was a gentleman….. it was the morning after a show and he was dressed in black leather motorcycle gear and was going for a ride around sydney on a harley he had hired . We chatted for 30 seconds but he was so cool and wierd but i love him for that . Rip bro x

According to the BBC, he said the age gap was the reason as to why he left
