Default Alec on MArc Levine 02.01.18

Anyone heard this before? Just found it on YouTube

And a different search suggests that www.johnsuchartists.com is his company?

I'm not so sure that's his company.

Yeah back then this interview caused quite a fuss among us diehards as it was Alec's first public outing since Giants 2001.. and it's still the last one to this date I guess

Jon will be pissed to have to welcome back a fervent republican in the band

That's the one yeah...the date on the link lead me to believe it was a new "interview" but it seems not.

I guess we will not know anything about Alec until the Hall of Fame time comes. I hope to see this meeting, as a fan of this band, I have always breathed every moment, every song, every change... joint the 5 at this moment would be glorious.

well,it is stupid from Alec to call Jon like that, thanks to Jon band survive beginings of nineties,he needs to look back on his playing and rumours how sloppy and drunk he was during some times in band

Alec never seemed completely drunk to me. He might've been sloppy but not completely out of it. The only time was in Rio 1990 I think. There was a video from that gig where Alec falls on stage numerous times.

He was drunk as hell on many shows near the end of the NJ tour, but in fact, they all were (maybe with the exception of Jon who only kept drinking on the final two-show-day).
The reason for his many fall downs in Rio was simply physical exhaustion - Jon later on referred to that particular concert in an interview in 1993 and mentioned that. Alec was so ill and burned out by the end of the tour that he probably even had a hard time standing on his feet for a longer period.

Yeah, they all were very drunk on the shows in Rio and Chile 1990. Even Jon, I think.
