when someone has it encoded in mp3 or the whole video of it, can they share it? I was so excited when watching this, I need to keep it.

sort of weak in the beginning, but once he was past the first chorus of "It's My Life", it got better. You can tell the struggle he has with his upper range.

One thing that concerned me was that after a long layoff, he struggled with "Have a Nice Day"

Im sure when the album goes out, he'll change it a bit like he has other songs to be able to sing it live, but still... that cant be good.

I noticed this immediately as well!!!
Jon looked a bit more nervous in my opinion (Not really nervous but a bit looking for positive respons from the audience. At least, it's a feeling I got when I saw it.
