Default American XS Platinum exclusive tracks

I'm considering joining the platinum AXS (couldn't before cos I dont have a credit card, but apparantly they're accepting paypal soon so I should be able to soon). Just to sway my decision, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the exclusive tracks are, apart from the Bitter Wine demo which a couple of people have mentioned already.
And does the selection of available tracks change every so often?
Also are they gonna be stream only or can you download them?

I almost certainly will join up, just to hear the Bitter Wine demo if nothing else (love the original), just very inquisitive about what the other tracks are..

1 Gimme Some
2 Here Comes The Sun
3 Bitter Wine

All songs Mixed by Obie "Who's buying Lunch?" O'Brien
Pro-Tools/Second Engineer: Mike "I'm Outta Here" Rew
GIMME SOME
Pre-CRUSH demo written in London. It was the very last song recorded at the original Sanctuary Sound in the basement of Jon Bon Jovi's old home.

HERE COMES THE SUN
In 2002, Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora were asked to open the My VH-1 Awards with a tribute to George Harrison. The day prior, Richie was working in the studio trying to remember all the lyrics to the song. Clearly, he was off on some as you'll hear... but he had no idea it was being recorded. Obie O'Brien, Bon Jovi's engineer, counts it as one of his alltime favorite Richie performances. Never before heard anywhere.

BITTER WINE
This is a demo from the THESE DAYS era. A finished version of the song was included as a bonus track on the international release of the album. However, this version is an early demo and the you can actually SEE the band recording it in the BJTV footage that is available to AXP members on this site.

1 BJTV: DVD OUTakes (The Prequel)
2 BJTV: DVD Outtakes (The Outtakes Strike Back)
3 BJTV: DVD Outtakes (The Return of the Outtakes)

This list of songs/videos has been the same since AXP began. no idea when it'll be added to.

I joined. Methinks what they are doing is awesome.

They are also going to open the store there soon. Another reason to join IMO.

Plus the fact that it allows us to book tickets early.

They should be adding more tracks too in the future.

Something Europeans don't need because tickets for Bon Jovi shows don't sell out that fast over here that you definitely need to book tickets earlier.

Around here (in Jersey at least) if you don't get tickets in the first five or ten minutes that they are on sale you won't get them except for paying scalpers prices on e-bay. The Borgata tickets were gone in 4 minutes according to ticketmaster. Granted that was a small venue, but it wan't part of a tour and it wasn't advertised ticket sales either.
The same goes for Bruce - when tickets go on sale they are sold out instantly. So advance ticket sales would be nice to avoid the ticketmaster crunch on the day of the sale.
