A while back I was able to burn a VHS copy to CD and it sounded great! It is something I listen to all the time! It really is great!

I bought a laserdisc rip of this from eBay about 8 years ago and also have a radio rip in mp3 format which has a bit more chatter/banter between songs.

Great show and needs a DVD/Blu Ray release.

Jon's vocals on "With a Little Help from my Friends" is unreal.

I just noticed that Prayer '94 was actually rearranged in 1992. Huh.

IT'S. NOT. PRAYER. '94!

It's an acoustic (well, semi-acoustic) version, the same they played on MTV in 1989. Prayer '94 is a totally different version with machines and crap.

This is Prayer '94: http://youtu.be/E0vs51u3loM

This is the acoustic version, not the "'94": http://youtu.be/5C5gbUr0lgM

The '89 MTV version was just Jon & Richie, and the vocal arrangement from '92 differs slightly as a natural result.

And - did they ever play Prayer '94 live? Obviously they wouldn't have used sampled drumbeats back then, so I'm not sure how differen it would've sounded to that arrangement.

Prayer '94 is not acoustic. Never was, it has an acoustic guitar throughout yes, but there's an electric playing licks throughout as well, not to mention the solo!!!

But yes, this is one of the best acoustic versions of the song, they did a similar one in Storytellers in 2000.....

I love this one so much. like Javier said, it makes me happy and I watch it on a regular basis.
I know we have said this many times, but I miss happy Jon. When people say Jon was in a good mood on stage tonight, look back at this and really see what a really happy Jon looks like.
