KTF pisses all over TD. Hell, Crush and S/T piss over TD. I rank TD as their 4rd worst album, only 7800, Bounce and LH are worse.

There are 3 great songs in TD, tracks 2, 3 and 4. The title track being top 5 all time.

Hearts Breaking Even and If That's What It Takes are okay.

The rest ranges from annoying to downright gay. Diamond Ring, Something To Believe In, Letting You Go and My Guitar Lies Bleeding are the worst of the bunch.

This is the first BJ album that disappointed me, especially after the 3 album homerun of SWW, NJ and KTF.

'These Days' and 7800 are the best, man!

I prefer KTF over These Days. Don't ask me why, it just communicates with me more, it was the first album that I loved. not the first time I've heard BJ, of even the first album I bought from them, but I just LOVE that album. TD for me will always be special, specifically for the title track, whenever anybody asks me what's my favorite song, it doesn't really matter how long it's been since I've heard it, I always go back to the title track. It's just breathtaking and I wish they would give themslves more credit for this great period in their songwriting carreer 'because it really was in the 90's that Jon and Richie (and desmond) really proved they were above all the rest of their former contemporaries both commercially and sonically...

I know some people who prefer 7800 over everything after that, it's cool.

I know it's your opinion and you're entitled to it, but you're wrong.

The album had good songs, but most of them were fillers.

The lyrics were too serious. Bon Jovi isn't known as a serious band.

Are you trying to insinuate that becuase I listen to Muse I have no taste in music and therefore my opinion doesn't stand for much?

Do you know how rich that sounds coming from a troll who has a fetish for hair metal bands? I'm guessing the irony is lost on you somehow...

No, he's not. These Days is depressing. It has good songs but I can't listen to it from start to finish without wanting to slit my wrists. And that's not something I want from an album.
