Sounds like a half decent song, and this is just a b-side song. i cant wait to hear all of the actual album songs. This album is going to be great!!!

Considering the Bible verses that reference God is Love and Love here is personified and calling on His angels, this song DEFINITELY sounds like a spiritual. I can't wait to hear it.

Or are you saying you LOVE ALL their songs? I can't wait to hear this song either, just because it's a new Bon Jovi song (or at least a b-side). But I don't have to love it (or in this case the lyrics), I don't even have to like it. I know I'm gonna love, say, 90 percent of the songs on the album. But there's always one or two that I usually skip simply because they are not my kind of songs. It's just the way it is.

Another Reason To Believe (3:30)
--------------------------------

Love, Love, Love, Love,
Love, Love, Love, Love, Love

Love, lives in New York City
He´s got a place off of the park
When he was standing in the ruins
And in his hands a broken heart

He´s called a army of his angels
I heard they had to hide their wings
It was them who brought you water
Listen closely I know you can hear
the choir sing

Hey hallelujah baby (Rise Up)
Hold out your hands and reach up (Higher)
Get up on your feet (Rise Up)
Let it flow through you baby
Running trough your veins
I can hear the rain
Everywhere you see
Another Reason to Believe

South, looking down street
Right there in a mothers eyes
At a table in a restaraunt window
In a taxi passing by

I saw love running up that stairwell
The sky came falling down
It was him and a new born baby's cry
He was there to make that sound
and keeps his whole world spinning round

Say hallelujah baby (Rise Up)
Hold out your hands and we got (Higher)
Get up on your feet (Rise Up)
Let it flow through you Baby
Running through your veins
Like a healing rain
Everywhere you see

Say hallelujah baby

Different than it was before
Now we need it even more
Fire falling from the sky
Innocence just said goodbye

It may never be the same
Maybe it was time to change
Time to breathe
Time to cry
Time to live
Time To die

Hey hallelujah baby (Rise Up)
Hold out your hands and reach out (Higher)
Get up on your feet (Rise Up)
Let it flow through you baby
Running trough your veins
Like a healing rain (Higher)
Hold out your hands and we got (Higher)
Get up on your feet (Higher)

You´ve got a reason to believe (Higher)
Another Reason To Believe (Higher)
You´ve got a reason to believe (Higher)

HERE'S WHAT I HEAR: The street part I think is Canal Street; isn't there a Canal Street nearby the WTC? I seem to recall hearing that street name in the news a lot. Anyhow, that's what I heard the first time I listened. Becky, yes I'd say this is a very spiritual song! I love the lyric and it rocks! I put in my minor corrections in CAPS based on what I'm hearing on Jon's vocals using headphones. This recaptures that day, 9/11 in NYC, no doubt about it!

it's an unbelievable song- i can't believe this was left aside! i think it would have made it to my bounce record the album must be the best they've done so far if this song was really too bad for it!

Martin, I second that... damn this is good. It's got a small KTF vibe to it but it's still modern. My fave of the Everyday demos.

Becky the song is great. Yes, to me Love in the song is God. It is a very spiritual song. I wonder if they left it off because the theme and the Rise Up chorus were a little too close to The Rising from Bruce. Not that they were influenced at all as I believe both of them wrote their new songs in the same time frame. Or maybe they just didn't want too much 9/11 influence in general.
