Idon't know a lot about then but I think it is Dream Theater... and to me, they sound like Rush, you know progressive rock. so that's why I listen to their stuff sometime.
Ask Ugly_Queen_from_mars, I think she saw Dream Theater in show...

IML has been cover by Pump bolaget (swedish band...) and a stupid rock wannabe called Kapten Plysh, he also covered In these arms...

i've seen Dream Theater

they were excellent live - and they do 2 completely different setlists if they are playing the same venue 2 nights running !!

if anyone has the wanted dead or alive cover please let me know!

The Dream Theater one is a weird track, I have no idea what the story behind that one is... Not many Dream Theater fans know that one themselves either (my brother didn't anyway, until I mentioned it heh). I uploaded it temporarily to my webserver, so you can download it here.

The Slackers covered Wanted dead or alive, too btw (and released it on their album Metalliska in 2000, an album with more covers of great rock bands) - it's a weird version as well ... Download that one here...
