Maybe he's going to take the money he makes from the sale and give it to Habitat so they can build 150 houses.

You can't cure every ailment in the world. If I had $7 million to spare, I'd be funding a NO KILL animal shelter. Actually, I suppose I'd divide it out the same way I do the small amounts I donate. At any rate, $7 million to spare is one dilema I'll never have to face.
