Maybe if the people loose weight for whatever reason, they'll like the results enough to stick with what works.

The only way to lose weight and to stay there is to ALWAYS eat healthy. In that way, your body will learn how to react on the types of food. By going on a diet for 3 weeks, and then going back to your normal amounts of food it will get you back to your old weight and beyond, cause you are messing up your digestion.

Exactly. But you can't assume that a person is fat just because they gorge themselves on fast and/or unhealhty foods. Yo-yo dieting kills the metabolism and there are plenty of people who diet constantly and can't loose weight. So, what I'm saying is if eating healthy makes people appreciate the results, then this could be a start of a life-long change for the better.

I don't eat healthy at all. Since I'm single, I eat out all the time because I hate to cook. But, I exercise regularly, I'm a runner and that keeps me thin. What works for me though wouldn't necessarily work for every woman.

It doesn't matter how healthily you eat, if you don't burn off the calories you aren't going to lose the weight.

I can understand where these people are coming from regarding starting the thread and wanting support and getting it. Even Mrs B has been know to come into the threads to offer her support.
I myself know how hard it is to diet, been there and done that many times, and yes I do eat healthly and exercise, but I still have a problem with my weight.
For those of you who are lucky enough not to have a problem with their weight, seem to find it easy to 'laugh' at people who do. Some of us need an incentive to diet and if it happens to be a BJ gig then so what.
This is just my opinion.

I wasnt laughing at people who have a problem with their weight. I have a big one. So I do understand how hard it is to lose weight, maybe moreso than others because I also have a medical problem that makes it really hard to lose weight.

I was laughing at the idea. Because it is funny. And I agree with what was said about those people going out to McD's or whereever after the tour and just put it all back on again.
