One thing I just thought about: If Alec was never fired and never did any mistakes or anything.. When do you think he would have left the band instead (Alec liking glammy rock comes to mind) or would he still be here in the band.

That's actually an interesting question. I think he was also physically drained, at least he looked a whole lot more unhealthy in 1993. But I think that, since he seemed more attached to the band's rock attitude, he might've called it quits with Crush. But you never know, besides that magazine interview in 1994, he never really spilled his guts about his side of why he was unhappy in the band.
