According to reports, they have Kraft on videotape performing sexual acts. I don't know much about it except for what I read online today; but according to one attorney the common defense for soliciting or prostitution is "mutual consent." I'm not sure how that figures in, if the prostitute is in business willingly, since to me that would imply mutual consent. Seems like that would undermine any prostitution law.

I think it's pretty obvious that the most serious part of this, both legally and morally, would be the human trafficking or sexual servitude angle. There have already been reports about the dire living conditions of some of the women involved; and I would think that could get real ugly, real fast. Especially if they can prove that the men who are charged were aware of that.
