It often shows that he does everything by himself. The way BJ target their audience with these '25% off until XY' is extremely annoying and old-fashioned. They use Social Media the way people used to run commercials. They didnt get the interactive part AT ALL. What their Social Media team is doing is not real social media. It is like: What is your favorite song, On this da XY was released and happy Birthday ...., that is basically it.
People constantly complain about their web shop and they NEVER respond to that.
