And I don't think "he just looks his age". He's looked younger for most of his 40's, yes, but my parents and their friends are all pretty much Jon's age and nowadays he looks much more like my old uncle and his 70+ year old friends. So his 30-years-in-10 aging process is what throws people off, especially those who haven't really seen him in about a decade.

I agree. I just hope it's not health related. Physically he seems to be okay but who knows mentally. He seems super stressed all the time. Even his speech is slower.
His mind is still very sharp. He does have a brilliant mind which can definitely take a toll if it gets away.
Maybe the Richie thing did and still does beat him down... That was a divorce Jon didn't see coming and he probably takes a lot of responsibility for that failed friendship.
