This is from Volume 3 Issue 2 - still under the name
Backstage with Bon Jovi. I don't know the exact date, but Volume 3 Issue 1 says
Winter 1991. In Issue 2, where the letter below belongs to, Jon and David say thanks to all the birthday wishes. So it has to be spring/maybe summer 1992.
The following letter is from Volume 3 Issue 3 - under the name
Backstage with Jon Bon Jovi. In that issue Richie says thank you for his birthday wishes, so I guess it's from fall 1992.
