Default Are any of the songs better than originals?

Are any of the versions on TLFR better than the original versions in YOUR OPINION?

I'd say Always is definately better than the original in MY OPINION. Bad Name is very different and refreshing but better, I'm not sure. I also like the old version very much. The Distance live is better than the album version but I think that doesn't count I've simply loved that song live since I first heard it in Mannheim.

I also like new versions of Bed of Roses, It's My Life and Born To Be My Baby very much but I like the originals even more But now I can have two BTBMB's in my BJ top ten

Bad Medicine and LYHOM are very refreshing also.

So the conclusion is: Always

You are wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong.

It is a fact that TLFR is not that good.

The only song that is better than the original is Everyday, but that is only because the original is one of the worst songs in the history of everything. And that is a fact.

There aren't opinions when it comes to TLFR; only facts. And that's a fact.

Since I've heard them all live I can say that some songs are really better then the original.

It's My Life is absolutely better then the original.

I think Everyday is better than the original.

The live version of the TLFR "Bad Name" is a so much better than the live version of the original that's I'm astonished. I thought that song had NO potential to live in another format, much less be improved. When you hear it live and you catch the groove it's fun and different and has new life.

All of the songs were better live than on the CD. There's just something about Bon Jovi as a live act that doesn't come through on their studio recordings.

Some are no better, no worse, just different.

No of course not. How can slow boring songs be better than good rock songs? It's impossible.

I prefer the originals - even Everyday.... I hate the new version. It took away the only good part of the original - the guitar.

It's My Life possibly, maybe not though

And IMO, Everyday is built around its guitar riff, so the TLFR version kinda takes away the essence of it. Still an alright song though
