You guys just don't get it, do you? Opinion is one thing, while bashing the band and/or the album is another, you fail to understand this. You people need some serious growing up to do. This is getting way old, it makes me sad that people would actually act this way toward something so minor in life. There are more important things to worry about, put life into perspective.

I'm glad to get a new CD instead of another 4 or 5 year hiatus. Not only do we have this CD, but a DVD and the box set is coming out next year. Jon and Richie have time to pursue their football team, acting, and possible solo projects. Dave has time to focus on his musicals and Tico can play golf until he's ready to take on Tiger Woods. But we're still getting new products.

I don't find a whole lot to ***** about in that scenario.
Not exactly rock n roll is it.
You may find this hard to believe, but there's more to life than rock and roll. Maybe when you mature, you'll realize that. I don't mean that as a personal dig, but you are young and, odds are, your perspective will change as you get older. The band would be over if all they did was album, tour, album, tour, album, tour.

have to agree with becky there letitrock. u lose sight of a lot of things with this idea of rock n roll and whats expected of people who r supposed to rock.

whats the deal anyways? has the 2 new songs been pulled from the album or what? not really bothered i think old tunes done differently will be really cool and if the songs got dropped it was for a reason.

Very true, theyd be burnt out by now and have fallen by the way side. Most of the band have kids, their not 24 any more. Id rather they have a break and carry on for a good few more years to come.

Becky... I agree 110%.

And how can you be so sure that if they took another 4 year break that they'd come back with a "mature" album?? Is there scientific proof that'll happen? Might as well be happy that they're putting something new out each year- whether you like it or not. Because ultimately, it's YOUR decision if you wanna buy it or not.

Actually, I like the new music i.e. Bounce just as much as the old stuff. No, I don't think we're being taken for a ride. Compared to how other bands treat their fans, we're doing very well.

I also enjoy the new stuff as much as the old.

I dont feel like Ive been taken for a ride either.

I think because we have acsess to information regarding projects such as the new album, DVD etc, before they are released, we are easily dissapointed when plans are changed.

If information such as the tracklisting for TLFR had not been available we would be pretty much unaware of what was on the album and would not have known tracks had been removed before its release.

Question: would you prefer to know an albums tracklisting prior to its release (knowing this was subject to change), or wait until its released?

Personally Im not worried either way. Im not dissapointed they removed the to tracks from TLFR as Im sure they will turn up somewhere in the future.

keep the faith guys!!

As I stated in a previous post, Crush gave the band an entirely new younger fan base, which is very hard to do these days. Like it or hate it, they did something that a lot of "older" acts can't anymore.
